Terms of Service

Hanzla SEO Dubai provides search engine optimization (SEO), web design, and digital marketing services to businesses. The specific services, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are agreed upon separately in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

• SEO retainer services are billed monthly in advance • One-time projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion • Payment is accepted via bank transfer (UAE & international), Wise, or PayPal • Invoices are issued with 7-day payment terms • Late payments may result in suspension of services All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.

• Monthly SEO retainer services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice • No refunds are issued for completed work or the current billing period • Project work cannot be cancelled once work has commenced without forfeiture of the deposit • We may terminate a service engagement if payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice due date

SEO results depend on many factors outside our direct control, including Google's algorithm, competitor activity, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. We commit to: • Applying proven, ethical SEO strategies • Transparent monthly reporting on what we've done and the results • Prompt communication about any issues that may affect your rankings • Compliance with Google's Webmaster Guidelines at all times We do not engage in "black hat" SEO tactics that could result in Google penalties.

To enable us to deliver effective services, clients agree to: • Provide access to required tools (Google Search Console, Analytics, website CMS) within 5 business days of engagement start • Provide timely feedback on deliverables (within 5 business days) • Notify us of any significant changes to their business, website, or marketing activities • Not simultaneously engage another SEO provider for the same services without informing us

Content created by us (blog posts, service pages, etc.) becomes the client's property upon full payment. Website designs and development work become client property upon final payment. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
